By completing the Deposit Guard survey, you will be entered into a prize draw to win one of four (4) £50 vouchers.
The default prize is a £50 Amazon.co.uk gift voucher. Winners may, upon being contacted, request a £50 voucher from an alternative UK retailer if they do not wish to receive an Amazon voucher.
All eligible participants who do not choose to opt out of the prize draw will be entered. The draw will take place on Monday, 1 June 2026.
The four winners will be contacted via email no later than Monday, 7 June 2026.

1.1 Entering your name and email address in the fields provided at the end of the survey will automatically enter you into the Competition.
1.2 There is no fee and no purchase necessary to enter.
1.3 Only survey respondents who provide their name and email address and do not tick the opt-out box will be entered into the Competition.
2.1 The Competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
2.2 The Competition is only open to individuals who currently live, or have previously lived, in private-rented accommodation, including student accommodation.
2.3 Employees of Deposit Guard Ltd, its associated companies, agents, and their immediate families and close friends are excluded.
2.4 Entry is limited to one (1) entry per person.
2.5 By entering, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the Prize. We reserve the right to request proof of eligibility.
3.1 The Competition opens at 00:00 UK time on Monday, 9 February 2026.
3.2 The Competition closes at 23:59 UK time on Sunday, 31 May 2026.
3.3 Entries received after the closing date will not be eligible.
3.4 Entries can be made by completing the survey at survey.depositguard.com.
3.5 Incomplete, corrupted, automated, bulk, or illegible entries will be void. We are not responsible for entries not received due to technical issues outside our reasonable control.
4.1 There are four (4) prizes, each consisting of a £50 retail voucher.
4.2 The default prize is a £50 Amazon.co.uk gift voucher, unless an alternative UK retailer voucher is requested by the winner.
4.3 Unless otherwise stated, the Prize cannot be exchanged for cash and is non-transferable.
4.4 Amazon is not a sponsor of this Competition.
5.1 Four winners will be selected at random from all valid entries on 1 June 2026.
5.2 The draw will be conducted using a fair and random process.
6.1 Winners will be notified via the email address provided at entry.
6.2 Reasonable efforts will be made to contact winners, and all winners will be contacted no later than 7 June 2026.
6.3 If a winner does not respond within a reasonable period, is ineligible, or declines the Prize, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner.
7.1 We will provide the names of the winners to anyone who writes to us within one month of the Competition closing date, requesting winner details and enclosing a self-addressed envelope, at the address stated above.
7.2 Winners may object to their details being published or request reduced disclosure. If an objection is made, we may still be required to provide the information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
8.1 Personal data provided will be used solely for the purposes of administering the Competition, contacting winners, preventing duplicate entries, and delivering prizes.
8.2 Personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8.3 Response data gathered from the survey will be processed and anonymised, and used for product development and marketing.
8.4 Entering the Competition does not automatically subscribe you to marketing communications. Any marketing consent will be collected separately and explicitly.
9.1 If there is reason to believe that these Terms & Conditions have been breached, we may exclude an entrant at our discretion.
9.2 We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Competition or these Terms & Conditions where unavoidable circumstances require it.
9.3 The Competition and these Terms & Conditions are governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
